My only concern was that the job was done on 10/10, but I never got notified until 10/17, and I had to work with enterprise to not get charged for my rental

Satisfied with the end result but disappointed that repairs took about a month to complete. Was originally told to expect work would be done in two weeks, which is what it took when I dealt with your shop several months ago. Your agent(s) explained the delay was caused by problems obtaining parts. I wish there was a greater sense of urgency in finding the parts because I needed my truck for personal reasons and was incurring out-of-pocket costs for the rental car. Again, the truck looks great. You do good work, but would have appreciated a phone call early on to tell me what was going on. Only communication I received was text messages.
