The repair was expensive involving 2 insurance companies. I should not have left the car until all parts were in. No fun driving a rental from 12/10 to 1/18!! I wish DePalo had suggested that strategy

You had my car for an extremely long time, you did not contact me about state farm not covering the loss. You repaired what was covered without informing me there was still damage. You attempted to blame the insurance company for the non contacting issue. The multi billion dollar company denies your assertions. You will be seeing me in small claims court
