WOW, talk about great service! Took our company vehicle to Derouins Collision to have repaired. Scott, Lins, and the rest of the crew was just amazing! VERY FAST turnaround and great communication between us and the insurance company. Everything went flawless and within days our truck was repaired and looking better than I ever seen it! . The repair was fine. But I wanted to get my other headlight done to match the reconditioned one that you put in. I thought it was gonna be new but it’s reconditioned. You were gonna charge me $420 which is freaking ridiculous. I can buy a pair of headlights on Amazon for less than $100 a pair of them. You already had the front bumper off so another 15-20 minutes to replace the other headlight and I would’ve gave you a couple hundred bucks. Now I’m gonna take the whole front bumper off myself and replace both headlights. I understand you gouging the insurance companies because they gouge us.. You charging insurance companies 56 times more than the headlight is worth plus every single other part you charge of 5 to 6 times more than it’s worth. Plus you put in parts that weren’t needed. I barely hit that Deer. I don’t care about that. It’s you trying to get 420 bucks out of me for a headlamp that pisses me off. The extra money that you screwed the insurance company over from overcharging on parts and Way overcharging on labor is ridiculous. But like I said, I don’t care about that. But when you overcharge me well then we have an issue.

The car looks like new where repaired. When we asked about fixing some other damage at our expense they were honest about the cost of work vs value of car because they didn't want us wasting money on something that wouldn't add value.
