Extremely satisfied with the Escanaba Gerber Team! I hope I don’t have to see you all too soon (hitting stuff gets expensive) but I would refuse to go elsewhere should I ever need collision repair in the future and will be sure to recommend you to my friends and family. I have Farmer’s insurance and submitted the claim shortly after the accident had happened. Haley called me right away to schedule an appointment (before I even had a chance to think about calling)! She was always very friendly, helpful, and easy to chat with. I dealt with adjuster, Dan, who was professional, honest, and super personable. I got my car back and thought it looked great! I got inside… and it had been CLEANED. Not just a quick cleaning, but I mean vacuumed, wiped down, floor mats pulled out and washed. Life is busy and my car is normally the last thing at my household to get properly cleaned.
