I don’t blame DeSimone but I placed my car in for repairs on August 23, 2026 & it wasn’t returned until October 14, 2026. Again I do not blame DeSimone ,(who do excellent work), but Ford Motor Company. Ford took months before delivering the right part. Because it is an older car,(2016) I believe Ford didn’t care, and was trying to pressure me into buying a new car. My family has always bought Ford cars since the 50’s,(I myself have owned ten Ford / Mercury cars). But I seriously doubt if I’ll ever buy another one.

I rate a 9 because I can’t where they did the job, I just know that that’s what they said and going on what they said. But every thing is is great. Plus they gave me a unlimited warranty and now that’s awesome.

They didn’t reset the dash computer after disconnecting the battery. It was also a clicking in the front end. They didn’t fix so I had to take it to the dealership afterwards.
