I was SO happy to see my car today, beautifully restored to its previous gorgeous state! I had really missed my Terrain, but I didn't realize how much til I saw it sitting out front of your business. Then, as I drove it home, I think I smiled the entire way! Thank y'all SO much for the great work you did on my car--and for getting it back to me 3 full days before you had originally promised! You're my body shop from now on!

The repair is wonderful! My Terrain looks like a brand new car, and I'm SO happy to have it back. Kent had originally told me that they estimated it would be Friday, June 12, before they'd be through with the repairs. Kent was excellent about sending me e-mails on the progress of the repair. Imagine my surprise and total DELIGHT when he sent me a message saying that my car would be ready for pickup on Tuesday, June 9! I have been completely happy with DeSoto Collision and will be recommending them to anyone who might need their services! They are GREAT!!😊

Everyone in the office was very helpful and accommodating and were very consistent and quick to give update updates on the status of my vehicle. I would definitely take my car back in the future if I need any future repairs. David the manager was wonderful to work with. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to help!!

Amazing folks. The guy who did my repairs was my primary point of contact. Tall, glasses, desk in the front lobby. He kept me informed the whole time and was extremely kind. Very professional. Hope to never need bodywork again, but DCC Oxford will be my first stop!

I would definitely recommend this shop.It is actually the second time I've used them myself. But yes if anyone needs work done on vehicles, DeSoto collision is A1 in my book
