We are completely satisfied with the completed work on the car, but wish we could have ordered parts BEFORE leaving the car there for a total of 35 days. It took 10 days for the first parts to arrive and the car basically set at the shop during that time waiting for parts. Then parts came in damaged and had to be reordered. I realize much of this was out of your control, but it was frustrating because we had a Rental car covered for 30 days and had to start paying out of pocket the last 5 days for the rental since it took 35 days to get the car back. As I previously stated, as far as the work on the car, we are satisfied.
