car returned with more problems than drop off. lost truck liner, auto open/close trunk no longer working, trunk and connection area for charger just laying in trunk upon return, tint on replacement window very poor job, needs to be redone, overall negative attitude by Julie during entire period, one month, that they had my Tesla.

Julie has a voice that does not belong in customer service. She is also rude, never gave me her email when I dropped off Tesla, did not call me with updates about car, it was ready at Tesla for a day, and when I called Julie to see if she had been notified, she barked at me, I told you I would call you when it's ready. I did not respond in kind. Mikey, when he got involved on 5/5, was equally as rude.

Based on my first comment, I wouldn’t normally make any type of a deal about this, but I did call on two separate specific occasions and asked for the final bill. I was told two different numbers and then it went up another thousand dollars.

I am 100% satisfied with the repairs. I thought they were done with high-quality and everything was put back together, which is great. I had filed an insurance claim. I have $1000 deductible, I had called three times to verify the cost of the repair since it was only supposed to be $1,062. I verified that said the car would be done by the end of the week, I called after they told me the car was ready. I re-verified what the cost was going to be since I canceled my insurance claim, she told me it would be around $1130 since they had to paint one of the parts, I think that’s fair. I said OK great. I came in to pick up the car on Tuesday after my conversation Monday midday and the bill was over $2100. I had to then contact the insurance company and submit the claim after I had removed the claim, my service rep apologized, and I explained to her that I had called three different times two to verify the exact amount after the work was done and it still changed. Not super happy with that, grateful that the work that they did looks excellent, they have done work for me in the past on a Maserati that I own. I’m not sure if I would come back.
