Car looks great. My service representative was not so great. Did not return some call and was not prompt in returning call. Major inconvenience with pick time. Told car was ready and then said it was not ready and asked that I come in the late afternoon. Made arrangements with a neighbor to pick up the car. He arrived early the next day. He was turned away without the car. It was not ready. No call????? Very unprofessional. Had to make arrangements for another friend to pick the car. Profoundly disappointed and annoying.
