Everything went very smoothly, from the initial inspection, coordination with Progressive, through the scheduled repair and coordination with the Enterprise rental car agency pickup and return process, to the final collection of our vehicle. Alicia was the most professional, helpful and communicative advisor - a great ambassador for the DeVoe Collision team who made our car new again! Slightly unhappy with the quality of the repair. Several little things that were missed or just skipped. In a hurry to get the job done, no one took a few minutes to look at the vehicle and see things. 1. A missing cover plate on the bottom of the mirror. 2. When the windshield was replaced, the new one wasn't tinted like the old. 3. Fender well fell and rubs when driving. 4. Fog lights damaged in the accident and don't work. No one noticed. 5. The plastic piece on the front, above the bumper is not straight. 6. Chrome piece on the front is scratched I feel like these are all small, simple items that should have been caught by someone, a professional collision person(s) should have seen and addressed.
