Today is day 25 and I still don’t have my car back - I came in today at 11:00 am to pay $10,903.00 with the understanding my car would be ready for pick up at 4:30 - I received a call at 3:00 pm after I returned the rental car that it would not be ready till Monday after noon. A total of 28 days without my car. No this was not a good experience so far - and it is not over. I have very little faith my car will be ready on Monday.
