I thought the charges were overly expensive for the damage & as the car belonged to my 90+ yr old parents in FL I felt your company took advantage of them!! The car is now in the possession of the lease company as they have given up driving!! Mr Atherton at the collision company was very rude to me when I called to ask about the charges before work was started on the car!! I'd hate for him to lose his job but he is not a people person and needs some training in that department!! Thank you for your question... Lisa Nevins
