Workmanship on vehicle seems to be good, but car was filthy inside and out. Manager ranit through car wash after I complained but inside was not touched. He promised me a complete wash at a later date. Checked vehicle before I left and found the horn was broken, mgr promised to order a new one. Should have been part of a safety inspection performed on every vehicle after a collision.

Gary is a true asset to your company. His calm assurance and willingness to handle the entire process of repairing my car was very much appreciated. He made a difficult situation seem effortless. I was so impressed with how he handled everything from organizing the rental car for me, contacting my insurance company regarding assessing the damages and a straightening things out with them, and even returning my rental car. Devoe is so incredibly lucky to have such a valued employee like him. He gets an A+ in my book!
