Nobody called me back the first time I called so I called again and nobody called me back but then I believe the third day I did get a hold of them. I understand that the guy was shorthanded so it probably wasn’t his fault. He was very nice and he did a good job with the repairs and I think his name was Brian Sharon.

The customer service was amazing from start to finish. My car was fixed quickly, and looked better than it has in a long time when I picked it up (repair work was impeccable, and much to my surprise they even cleaned my car!!).
