Nobody wants to have their vehicle get damaged and then have to be repaired, but if I was to do it again -- I'd come here. From the minute I got there, everyone was so helpful. Faith the adjuster was great to help explain the damage and the process. Stephanie was awesome with helping all the paperwork and facilitate the rental (I thought everyone was all good with state farm but something got messed up) They even offered to put the rental on their shop in the interim while state farm got it corrected by one of the guys there, sorry I didn't catch his name. To top it off, it was done two days earlier than expected, which was nice to have our vehicle back. Thanks team at Graham.

Everyone was awesome. Stephanie for the paperwork and helping me through the rental. Faith for the explanation of the damages, fixes, rough timeline. Also the guy who let them put the rental temporarily under the shop while State Farm figured out where the issue was.. was really nice to not have to worry that much about the whole process.
