The entire process went smoothly. An appointment for the estimate was made for less than a week from the accident. The estimate process was easy. It took less than hour. They have a nice waiting room. The person doing the estimate did a great job of explaining the work to be done and the cost. We made an appointment to do the work for the following week and the repair took less time than they projected. I got text message updates regularly. The pick up process was just as fast and easy. I was in the car going home in less than 15 minutes. I can't say enough good things about the way we were treated and their process. Plus, the repair looks great

Got an email in process and it did give a time. When I called there was not a time and it ended up being serveral hours earlier. Might want to remove the time from your email.
