I was totally disgusted when I backed my brand new truck into a parking garage column. The body shop techs did an amazing job repairing and blending the paint to make it like new again! I was very impressed with their attention to detail and their ability to match the color and orange peel as well as they did.

The body shop team was awesome about working with my schedule to get my truck in while I was out of town so that I wouldn't have to hassle with a rental or loaner. Dean handled all of the insurance issues behind the scenes and made an unpleasant situation, pretty painless.

Felt like communication could have been better. It was difficult not knowing a timeline for completion and when we did get a date we didn’t receive communication that things were delayed so we would call, have to leave a message and rarely got a return call. It would have been nice to just get an email or phone call to let us know there were delays and the car wouldn’t be ready when they thought it would be instead of us having to call to get the information.
