When I went to drop it off, they told me that the parts on my Tacoma—specifically the door and the fender—were going to be replaced; instead, they just filled them in with putty. And that is why I am not satisfied with the work they did. They should have told me beforehand what they were going to do.

The only issues were that (1) it took longer to finish than predicted due to parts delay (2) the stickers were still on the windshield when I arrived for pick up (3) the internal clean of the car was insufficient
