I am truly impressed and thankful for the level of service I received from Diamond. Every employee I encountered was extremely nice, helpful and professional. I appreciated the text messages with the constant updates notifying me of the progress with my vehicle. I also loved the followup phone calls from Michelle advising me of any issues and resolutions to problems. There were a few scratches to my tint my on a smaller window but not a big enough concern to warrant my experience less than perfect!
