Overall our car looked really good and I was grateful for that. Overall people were nice. Had some concerns about having to follow with the office representative. However I am not just concerned about how it looks but how it runs after I get my car back. It was only a few days after we get it back we are stopped cold because the battery was not out in tightly. This caused mor days of inconvenience for us. Things like this means the car was rushed. I know we are not perfect but it concerns me that things like this are missed and whatever else can come up later as a result. In the end as a customer I want to feel like my car and my money (regardless of if its mine or the insurance company on my behalf).

Michelle was nice and personable. However the continual follow-up was done by us. I was having to remind my husband to call her about things. Still are following up.
