We’ve used your business before and have always been satisfied with the work. Such high-quality. And the fact you have relationships with insurance companies and car rental businesses makes it easy on the consumer. During what is normally a stressful time!

This would have been a 10, if it had been explained to us that parts would not be ordered until we brought the cars back to begin the work. We made the assumption that parts were ordered when the cars were brought in for the initial assessment. Since collision repair is not our specialty, perhaps just explaining that to the customers right after the assessment. It affects the length of time the car rentals are needed.

If I ever need my car repaired in the future, this is my place. Front start to finish the customer service was totally top notch. When I got my car back it looked brand new. They cleaned it inside and out and I was not expecting all that. They are wonderful all the way around. 💞
