My overall experience was a 10/10. This was my first time using their services after a coworker unfortunately backed into my vehicle. Everything from the initial phone call to set a cost estimate, to dropping it off and getting a rental, to keeping me informed about the repairs, to picking it up my vehicle and turning in the rental, it all went smoothly. Their turnaround time was great in bringing my car in for repairs. The only thing that held me back was on me because I was leaving for vacation on the initial time. They worked with me and we got a new date scheduled. Only took a week for repairs, which was way faster then other places that took 2-3 weeks. Kept me informed with repairs then when I went to pick up all I had to do was drop the rental off at their shop and they would take care of the rest. Never had that happen at any other repair place. They went above and beyond for their customer.
