Staff had great customer service and pleasant to interact with, even when problems came up. The reason for the rating is because process looked rushed, almost as if this project was not being paid for and done as a favor. Example, when coming to pick up the van, there were a couple of issues that needed to be addressed and i got a response as if this was something new or unknown. Even with one of those being a clear eye sore. I don’t blame the person i interacted with because he jumped immediately to repair these issues but it just seems like everything was rushed so the van could run and everything else… whatever! Currently, tire air levels are all over the place, and i will most likely have to go to tire shop so they can take a look at it to see whats going on. Thought this van was paid to be returned to it original state (before accident).

Everyone is really friendly and very professional at the same time. They always kept me updated on the progress of my vehicles repair and completed in the timeframe estimated.
