The collision work that was done was great, the communication was the worst I've ever dealt with. I was told 7 times they would call me with an update however every communication was initiated by me. I was told I would be able to pick up the car on a certain date 4 times and when I called on those dates the car wasn't ready and I never received a call letting me know it wasn't ready. When I got the final word that it would be done in the afternoon on a Friday I said I would pick it up on Monday and was told it would be ready for pick up when they opened. I showed up at 4:30 pm and had to wait an hour while they finished it. I will never use this body shop again.
