I suggested to Cory the estimator to change both passenger side doors on the 18 compass he said he could fix the passenger rear door and replace passenger front door I Compass was very drivable I asked Cory to call me when all the parts around too short repair time how was dropped off December 2 he called me December 3 and told me the passenger rear door will have to be replaced in total he had had the car for 26 days once again I’ve been in the business for 40 years and I did suggest to Cory to replace both doors my insurance paid for $30 a day on the enterprise rental but it cost me $345 due to the time it took to fix the Compass if both doors were ordered the time to repair the Compass would have been 5 to 7 business days not 26 days I feel the estimator Cory dropped the ball on this one Thank you
