We were told that our vehicle would be done in 1week, and we made arrangements to be without it for 1 week. The work extended to 10 days, and the communication was poor. We were told midweek of the first week by text that the vehicle was almost finished, by Monday my wife had to call to see when it would be finished and was told Tuesday or Wednesday. Minutes after we got off the phone with service a text was conveniently sent saying Wednesday was the day it could be picked up after she expressed that we needed the vehicle Tuesday by the latest. Very inconvenient to have to sit and guess when we would get our vehicle back!

Horrible. It took almost 6 weeks for me to get my car back. I had to call EVERY week multiple times a week to get updates on my car. I had to pay a car payment and a rental car for the time they had my car. My sister got listed on December 1st on the transplant list an received a heart quicker than they fixed my car. It is ridiculous and disappointing.
