I recently had an horrible experience with your collision shop. First, the two young gents who shuttled me to & fro were A+ all the way: prompt, courteous, intelligent, and by my estimation, Both deserve a raise. Now onto the vulgar business: AAA Insurance suggested I have your shop perform the service for repair to my automobile from my being T-boned while waiting at a red light. The mechanical repairs or estimations were never performed! The door and fender pieces were replaced and painted, but when I asked Brad: what about the funny rubbing/grinding sound? Brad told me his tech drove it AFTER the cosmetic repairs were made and that there were no connections to my accident. I reminded him: My car did not make this sound prior to accident. I proceeded to ask him if he would at the very least be kind and please tell me what is causing this grinding??? Brad tells me his man thinks it might be a lower control arm, or thinks it might be a transmission, or thinks it might be a rubber boot or something. WHAT?! “Thinks it might be?” I reminded him I came to you because you are AAA approved and the supposed experts. Brad next told me I have to pay out of pocket for a separate mechanical evaluation only to risk the disapproval of AAA, get this: ‘if I wanted to’. When I picked up the vehicle this past Monday evening, it looked great on the outside but there is black paint on my back seat, my console(where transmission shifter is) is scratched up, a sticky rag was on passenger seat AND LAST but not least, a CHICKEN BONE was left on the floor in back seat?! WOWEE?!!! The year 2020 and this is what you call customer service?!!! Is this vehicle safe to drive??? HELP. Please advise. I can’t wait to see the faces of the Scott family members when I share this with them. 👎signed One Totally Dissatisfied Customer
