I was referred to Knudsen by my Toyota dealer and also the State Farm claim website. They did a great job on the rear collision repair on my brand-new Crown (I had it < 24 hours before I got rear-ended). From the initial contact, review/estimate, repair and follow-up safety system diagnostics, there were courteous, attentive, and easy to work with. I definitively recommend and trust them.
