From the first friendly phone call to the efficient evaluation and estimate to the transportation provided to and from the place where it was being fixed. Along with the extra side mirror problem we discovered everyone I came in contact with was not only friendly but efficient.

This is the 2nd time I have done business with Knudsen Bros Collision. Both times I was extremely satisfied with their work. The car looks like brand new. They even put a shine on the inside of the car which was unexpected. From the management, the office staff and the team that worked on the car was top of the line. Very satisfied.

Everything was excellent. From the moment I walked in. First of all, the staff was courteous and very helpful. They took the time to explain to me every step of what was going to happen.. They even arranged for my rental car through my insurance. They kept me informed by phone of what was happening with my car, which was reassuring. And finally, my car was ready several days before the original estimate given to me. They had cleaned and detailed it, and it looked terrific!. The rating I gave, was a 10 for 'satisfied'; let me just say here that I was extremely satisfied! I've already posted words to this effect on my Facebook page, and I will be glad to post it anywhere else as well. Thank you!

New door turned out great with good blending of the paint to match the rest of the car, but unfortunately lots of overspray on all 4 rims and other parts of the car which required my own elbow grease to fix
