Hi - Car come out nice. Didn't seem like there was great communication to confirm when car would be completed with me and also with and Enterprise. Car was delayed a day. I left work early on the reschedule day to get car and I found out on the way that it wouldn't be ready again.

Brad Lado was wonderful while he was helping with my car. I had a but of an unusual circumstance and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot say enough good things about him!
