Brian was friendly, cutious and the office staff as well. I did have to call to find out the status on the Jeep and was told that there was further damage and that they would contact the insurance. It would have been nice to get that info from you first. Other than that, I was informed when the Jeep would be ready. The work was completed as specified and I was happy with the outcome.

If I had known there was a heavy fee on using a charge card I would considered the other body shops offered by my insurance company, rather than picking based on name recognition.
