Just an awful experience! I would have been less upset had your workers that presented my car to me try to pass this awful job off. The trunk had a large noticeable gap, wouldn’t close unless absolutely slamming it 5-6 times. The side that they tried to buff looked like a 2 year old did it. Instead of saying let’s make it right the gentleman said “ i don’t know what it looked like when it came in and that it looked good”.You had the car for 20 days, you ordered wrong parts multiple times and never communicated with us. We spoke then with Denise who said she would take car of it. We had to call multiple times after a month of waiting for new bumper to finally find out the bumper was sitting there. Denise insured us that things would be done right, when i dropped car off again the gentleman wanted to argue about what was to be done. Our whole front now has what he calls “chips” but looks like over spray. We shouldn’t have had to fight with anyone over what is expected, a job done right. On top of it, you never hit one date promised. I was calledThursday at 12:45 to pick up the car, i called back around 4 to say i was stuck at work and was going to have to get Friday. I was told “that’s not going to work”, we need the rental back. I was even instructed to find someone to drop it off, keeping in mind i was only insured driver. We picked it up Friday and bumper is fixed, side looks better than first time. The way we were treated because we just wanted it done right was ridiculous.

Diehl Collision did a fantastic job repairing my Toyota. Very kind and got my vehicle back to me in the excact condition it was in before the accident. Very professional staff. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family. I will be bringing all of my vehicles to Diehl Collision for all of my repair needs.

The team at Diehl Collision is phenomenal! They squeezed me in for an appointment to provide an estimate and squeezed me in for a 2 day repair. There work is incredible and everyone there treated me exceptionally well! I have had a few repairs at Diehl's and it's tge same environment every time! I really cant say enough about the great service!

The new tailgate needs to be slammed shut or the one side doesn't latch. You can tell by the loud release sound that it's torqued a little when pulling the release lever. Not a huge deal though.
