lori and john are co-owners.i(john) asked beforehand for the old part that needed replaced but some confusion led to losing the part somehow.also the final price ended up twice the estimate, not sure what happened there, but does raise questions.

Everyone there was friendly from start to finish. I got updated as soon as my vehicle moved phases. The turn around time was about 3 weeks which isn't bad at all (I've had longer in other places). Plus they fixed recalls I didn't realize I had. Exceptional all around!
