The people at Diehl were friendly from the first call through picking up my repaired car. Without me asking, the woman at the desk was going to offer me a ride home before my wife arrived a few minutes later. They dealt with my insurance company such that I only had to pay the deductible and off I went. I asked how much it would cost to repair a few small scratches in another location from a person who hit and ran the car earlier. It was too expensive but the employee quickly offered to try buffing it (which is all I intended to do). I looked at that area when I went to retrieve the car and only one small scratch was readily visible! The larger, more damaged part of our car literally looks as good as new. They also repaired it within the original time frame they estimated, which was a few days. One other convenience they offer but I did not use - they’ll rent you a car. This literally was the most pleasurable experience I have had in my long lifetime when having a repair performed on one of my cars damaged in an accident!

I love the work that you did on my car and how nice and clean my car looked sitting there when I arrived you restored Goldie back to her pristine condition.
