I was totally happy with the service I received at Prime Collision. The work on my car was done in such a timely manner. And though I could not get there while they were open, they made it very easy for me to drop it off & pick it up. The work they did on my car was great & they keep me informed. And to my surprise, my car was very clean both outside & in when I picked it up. I would highly recommend Prime.

Beyond communication, I got several notifications from my app that my truck had been left unlocked overnight while it was setting outside the fenced in and secured area. Thankfully I was able to lock it from my location, however, I did find it to be unprofessional.

The experience was just fine. I was disappointed that no one did a walk around or anything at pick up. I was given the keys and told to sign paperwork. I expected to be told everything they did and ensure it was done to my satisfaction.
