This process felt easy and effortless because of your team! My car looks absolutely beautiful! The paint is perfect! Even the inside looked fantastic when I picked it up! Not due to the shops negligence but I do not have mu car back. There have been many delays due to obtaining parts a d Covid. They have gone out of there way to deal with Enterprise for car rental and currently I am driving their loaner. Very very nice people a d very professional.

They lied, they spoke to me like i was an idiot, they asked me personal questions they had no business asking and i was not satisfied with the workmen ship my caris 2 very distinct colors and scratches were left and Liberty Mutual is aware im not satisfies

Very helpful with drop off and pick up. Even though the vehicle took longer than expected (because there was more damage than expected). Very happy with the work and how as a customer was treated with respect and was promptly called back when calling with questions.
