Diers Ford is a business we’d recommend to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle, needing their vehicle serviced, or needing repairs. From the general manager, to the department managers, to the technicians, to their courtesy drivers, everyone goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is top notch. The vehicle pickup and drop off is super convenient and one of my favorite benefits they offer. We had 2 vehicles repaired after a hail storm recently and even though we ran into insurance issues, Diers stayed on top of it and made it right even though the issue wasn’t on their side. They also detailed our vehicles and offered a loaner vehicle when the repairs were more extensive than originally anticipated neither of which they had to do, but customer experience truly matters to them. Thank you to Brandon and his team at Diers Ford!

Curt and Jayana did an excellent job communicating with me and the insurance company paying for the repairs. They made sure my car was repaired back to its original condition! They were both outstanding and I really appreciated the attention they gave to me and my vehicle!!
