Hi, this is Mikhail . You repaired my RAV4 under claim number 060176221-0002 after a front-end impact. I’m calling because a new issue has appeared: the right front wheel is making a knocking or vibration noise while driving. Since the original impact was on the right front, I need to have the suspension checked to see if this could be related to that collision. Can I bring the car in for an inspection so that you can determine whether the new damage is collision-related? Wonderful experience with the Car Star Direct team! Was referred by my insurance company as their preferred provider. Though it was about a ten week wait to get my car in for cosmetic damages, the wait was worth it. Office manager, Kelly, was super supportive and responsive.
