Overall they did a good job on repairs. My satellite radio didn't work when I got the car back, and they are ordering a part because the wire got frayed, so we'll be bringing the car back in this week.

The only communication we got was these very vague emails. The car was supposed to be ready Dec 1, then on Nov 30 we got an email saying it would be ready Dec 8. Then we called to see if it was ready Dec. 8, and they said no, it would be ready Dec. 11. A little better communication would have been nice.
