If they lived close and it was a minor repair the shop is fine. But would shop around for more major repairs or work.

The work itself seemed fine. The pick up experience was awkward. The vehicle was supposed to be ready by 1 pm. Due to traffic I arrived around 2 pm and my car was not ready and still being worked on. After 30 minutes I had to ask them for my keys so I could make an appointment.

I can't say enough about how Mike put us at ease and along with the women (that I can't remember her name)in the office. They arranged for a rental to be picked up and dropped off at there place of business. I am going into GMC dealership for a normal maintenance and will check on some abnormalities on my media screen to make sure these are not related to my accident.
