As like most people I was not looking forward to my vehicle being in a body shop, because it is so hard to know who you can trust. Dan, Dino and all the people at DLM were just great to work with. I e used DLM before and am NOW 100% sold! This is my first choice for a shop I hope I never have to use again! If I need the work done though, I’ll be back at DLM.

My 3-month NEW pickup sustained over $12,000 in hail damage in the worst hail storm I’ve ever personally experienced. As one can imagine, I was pretty sad about the whole thing. Having been referred to DLM Southwest Collision by a co-worker, I dropped my truck off and hoped for the best. I HAD used them for a couple mi or vehicle repairs in the past, but THIS was my NEW truck and a LOT of damage! Having had my truck back for the past week and a half, I would challenge anyone to find any hint of previous damage or signs of repair. This thing looks brand new again! I appreciate their attention to detail, quality work, and willingness to walk around the truck at pickup to make sure everything was perfect. John kept in contact with me throughout the repairs to keep me posted on progress and in dealings with my insurance for any supplementals, which was VERY nice! I’m 100% happy that I did not take my new truck elsewhere. Their work was nothing short of impressive!

inside office was a 10 guys in warehouse 8 not enough help waited 30 minutes then they call the guy that was returning part ahead of me (need more help or the computer system needs a update been buying parts for years from this outfit now it changed names
