Observing damage to the rim is a great catch as that is a safety issue while driving. This is important because a teenager drives the vehicle full time. Also appreciate that you apologized for not delivering the truck washed and offered to bring it back later for a wash. Delivery was done as promised.

The complete repairs were not completed on time they took 15 days instead of 10 days and now and everything and all my electronic system is messed up there's several blown fuses and a stolen some tools out of the back I'm gonna file a police report.

Customer service was second to none. Everyone from the receptionist who was amazing to the mechanic who gave me a ride. Couldn't be happier!
