They were so comforting & my car looks better then b4 the loss. D&M has very skilled techncians. I saw the car apart & then put back together. They went the extra mile in cleaning & polishing the car prior to giving it back to me. Good for them!

The first person I dealt with (general manager) was not as helpful as the second person (Shannon). Shannon was much more proactive with getting me the information I needed and communicating in a timely manner.

The car looks great. I was just very surprised at how much more expensive it was after they took off bumper and saw more damage. It just seemed that they should have seen some of the damage, even though it is hard with the bumper on.
