I think they do great work. The vehicle looks great. Just those few items that were a pain.

We were satisfied with the repair of the hail damage however, the passenger seat belt was not retracting and there is a broken plastic cover on the driver’s side under the interior door handle. We You tube and fixed the seat belt. We are currently looking for a replacement part for the cover.

They did a great job on the car. Them working directly with insurance made my life so much easier. Only complaint is that I don’t think I should have to call and ask if my car is ready. When the vehicle is finished and ready to be picked up, they should reach out and let you know. Other than that it was a great experience. I will definitely recommend to friends and family because the work is good and completed timely, but with the caveat to not expect a phone call that their vehicle is ready.
