Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We are constantly working on training to keep up with todays safety and technology. Our shop is I-CAR gold certified. I appreciate the work. But wasn't fully satisfied with the results and the attention to detail as needed when repairing minor damages. More concerning is the fact that when I bought up the problem with the front office it was taken as simply being a factory defect which is absolutely unacceptable. It is 100% shop's responsibility to choose defect free parts.

The collision repair was done great. The glass work was not but they did make it right. Scratch in the windshield and very messy. It should have been over looked for sure and the communication was awful if you say your going to call then call and do t make the costumer call.

These people are extremely detailed and completely efficient in everything they lay their hands upon on my 2010 tundra and 2019 Camry. I personally give James Gray & the staff of the collision center the upmost of thankfulness for the repair work on my Camry. And don’t forget that Alexander the master mechanic always is rock solid on everything he has put his hand on my vehicle s.
