Our car should of been totaled, it is close to total threshold and still not done. It has been in the shop since end of July. It is still in your shop. Not happy at all. Failed completely

I expected to get updates on the progress of my repairs or at least tell me when repairs were not done by the time given and I was not once even though the repairs were delayed several times
