Great customer service, attention to detail, and did what was needed to get my vehicle back to pre accident condition , the technician must have been their best there, hands down, front office was great, the tall service advisor I forget his name but he is very knowledgeable at what he does , and the manager JJ was a great help as well, thank you caliber Hillsboro

I’m not satisfied because my vehicle was returned to me as repaired when it was not actually restored to its pre-accident condition. After pickup, I found a hood-related component left in my console, and Ford later documented significant hood misalignment, a vehicle pull/steering alignment issue, headlight/DRL programming problems, and a collision-related motor mount issue causing the truck to run rough. Several of these areas also appear to correspond with work Caliber billed to Allstate as completed. I was also previously told in writing that Caliber would cover my rental until repairs were completed, yet I am still having to fight for rental coverage while the unresolved repair issues are being addressed. My concern is not just inconvenience—it is that the vehicle was released before the repair was truly complete.
