My vehicle was involved in a hit and run and I was quite shaken, and as my vehicle has very low miles, I was very concerned about it being put back to new condition. Jeff Pope, my adjuster, was very understanding and let me know the work would be perfect. He was correct! The shop did a perfect job of putting my truck back to its original looks and structure. With all sensors in perfect working order. I was kept informed of the progress and updated on any additional repairs or replacement parts that were needed. Jeff is great at his job and I am grateful to have had him in charge of the work on my truck.

From the time I called Caliber in Hazel Dell I was able to make appointment with Jeff. He was on time, took great time to check my car, went over all details and explained everything. Everyone in the office was very helpful and professional. My car was fixed on time and with great satisfaction. The whole experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. I could be happier with the way I was treated by the Caliber staff. From the moment I walked in for the first time to the moment I walked out after I picked up my car finding a surprise waiting for me in my truck, it was truly amazing. My truck was returned clean as well. I have to say, they worked with me when I asked that they wait until the part arrived at the shop before they took my truck in. It was a good thing since the part was delayed coming in. I was also kept in the loop every step of the way truck's repair. To top it off, Misty's special Thank You note and a special reflection of the leaf hit home. We are always on the go and it is always good to stop and reflect. I will hang the leaf on the rear view mirror and the card will be on my office desk as a small reminder. A BIG THANK YOU to everyone. It was a special treat to find a great company. The quality of repair is as good as new. The paint match is like factory and they also took the extra step of moving the after market grill overlays so it the truck seems like nothing happened to it.
