Carstar was amazing!!! They did great work, kept me informed and everything was perfect. When I picked up my car they had vacuumed the inside and washed the outside!! What a treat!! Thank you so much..you're the best

The body work done on the car was done well. A problem occurred when I picked up the car and all the electronics went crazy. This happened on a Friday afternoon and the staff kindly transported us back to the car rental place to extend our car rental through the weekend until our car could be reprogrammed on Monday. The car worked fine after re-programming which caused an additonal charge to Allstate.

You guys did a fantastic job on the repairs. It looks like the accident never happened and the paint job looks super good. The only thing that was kind of a let down was the attention to detail with the over spray clear coat on my windshield but it was an easy fix with some soap and water and a razor blade. Thank you so much for fixing my vehicle back to new.
