Replaced a smashed windshield and two dented doors after being sideswiped by a huge elk. In less than three weeks, there's no sign of any damage and it looks and smells like a brand new car.

After being rear-ended, I had an exceptional experience having an extensive repair done at Carstar Jacobus. Staff was friendly and professional, keeping me informed about the status of the vehicle. When I picked it up I was happy to see that the repainting was perfect, as my car is an unusual color blue. Jon spent as much time as was needed to answer my questions. I am surprised at how smoothly the process went, and highly recommend this repair company.

Carstar provided a professional, high quality service. My only concern was the multiple extensions of dates for completion. I recognize that this type of service would rely on other agencies to be involved. This should be taken into account when a customer is presented with the date.

Got my car back and it looks as good as new. Everyone is friendly, professional and easy to work with.The extra assistance arranging a rental vehicle was much appreciated. I got my car back a couple days later than expected, but that was due to waiting for parts. Overall, I was very satisfied with their service and would highly recommend.

They totally fixed the bumper and made it look like it was new. The only difference I could sense was when the hatchback closed, it didn’t quite close with the same easy touch. I’ll get used to using just a teeny bit more force, which is still within the normal range of most cars. Very satisfied with the people I worked with. They do good work it seems.
