I am writing this regarding our recent repair experience and the unacceptable condition our vehicle was returned in. We want this severe safety issue and poor customer service documented in writing.Throughout the repair process, there was a total lack of communication regarding updates and details of the work being done. At pickup, Brandon rushed us through looking over the vehicle. The car was parked so closely to another vehicle that we could not thoroughly inspect the work. The car was left with a completely empty gas tank, despite us leaving a 1/4 tank. When John pointed this out in the office, Brandon stated they didn't know where we left the gas level, then simply directed us to a corner station.Far more alarming was the immediate safety risk to our family. Driving home in the early evening, our kids felt a sudden shift, describing it as driving over a steep hill or a bump. We were crossing a flat, busy intersection with no speed bumps.When we reached our destination, we inspected the vehicle and found:Severe Ride Height Imbalance: The right side (where the damage occurred) was raised significantly higher than the normal left side.Low Tire: The right tire was sitting noticeably low.Uneven Suspension: Upon inspecting underneath the vehicle, John and I could clearly see that the suspension was completely uneven.Returning a vehicle to a family with an uneven suspension is a major safety defect. While the vehicle is currently driving fine, the overall experience with your shop was incredibly unpleasant and stressful.

I was very impressed with Isabella and how personable she was in handling my concerns with my car and accident. I have State Farm insurance and how she felt with dealing with my insurance company made me feel more comfortable choosing your business to do my repairs. When I went into your office I was so impressed by the staff and customer service. Repaired area is still visible, and repairs to machined rim were done with a localized grinder rather than a proper restoration of the machined finish. It looks ok but for the price charged I am a little let down. The detailing products used to clean the car have a very strong smell which is taking days to dissipate. The project was managed well and communication was good and timely but the final result is a bit disappointing.

Isabella did a great job with intake, and communication during the repair. As I mentioned the rim repair did not totally meet my expectations for the price, and I think that could have been better communicated up front.
