Excellent communication, perfect color match, finished ahead of schedule and within $5 of the original bid. Also, Toni kindly picked me up so I wouldn't have to spend over an hour on the bus to pick up my car, very thoughtful & kind!

Toni called me to see if I had any questions about the bid. She was the only person to do so out of 4 bids I received. She also reminded me how to pay to save me 3%.

Right from the get go the Classic C team put me at ease. I was given a complete what to expect in all facets of the repair process. Upon arrival a complete review of the damage and what to expect upon repair was communicated in a simple and complete fashion. During the repair session I was given updates and when to expect completion. My truck is and looks complete, clean and shine!. Team, you are starting to ask too many questions.

Right from the git go the Classic C team advised what, when & how much $$ to expect. Each and every team member was professional and ensured I was clear on what to expect when. Everyone on staff seemed aligned with ensuring my experience was clear and graceful too. Upon dropping my truck off I was given a review of the damage, what would need repair, how much it would cost and when to expect completion. During the week my rig was under repair I received updates and sure enough, they completed the repairs on time! My only suggestion for the CC team is a name change. Classy Classic Collision Has a nice ring to it, ‘eh? Thanks & Best Regards Dave Mikkelson
